The Prime Minister, Liz Truss, has set out plans to limit energy bill rises for all households for two years. A typical household bill will now be capped at £2,500 annually until 2024. Businesses will also get help, with prices capped for six months. The huge support scheme could cost up to £150 billion. But there are concerns the measures are not targeted enough, with no additional support for the most vulnerable. So what do you need to know about this new plan?
