Boris Johnson has vowed to "keep going" as Prime Minister after his leadership was dealt a major blow by defeats in two by-elections. The Liberal Democrats overturned a Conservative majority of 24-thousand in Tiverton and Honiton in Devon. Labour regained the West Yorkshire seat of Wakefield.
