Russia's invasion of Ukraine has sent shivers of fear through many of its neighbours - from the Baltic states to Moldova. Historically, there has never been much support in Finland to join the Nato military alliance. But a comment by a spokeswoman for the Russian foreign ministry - warning Finland and Sweden explicitly that any move towards Nato could have military consequences - has shocked a nation. Since then, support for Finland joining Nato has more than doubled in just a matter of weeks. This represents a major change of mood. Relations with Russia were thought to be pretty good. But the Ukraine invasion has changed everything. For 5 Minutes On, Kirsty Wark is in Helsinki to hear how people are feeling and whether joining Nato is now a real possibility.
