The government says there’s a growing need to find and recruit families to adopt the rising number of children who remain in the care system. Latest figures for England show for the sixth year in a row, the number of children in care who are adopted has fallen. Adoption UK describes this as a "tragedy" and says “hard to place” children, who are often older, in sibling groups, from an ethnic minority or with disabilities, desperately need parents. For 5 Minutes On - BBC correspondent, Jeremy Cooke, meets some extraordinary families offering settled futures to some of our most vulnerable children. Image Credit - BBC News
