The Chancellor's announced a big shake up in the way our favourite tipples are taxed. Currently, it's a hotch-potch system, with more than 15 different rates that aren't necessarily matched to the amount of alcohol in a drink. One of the biggest changes - from 2023 - will be a massive reduction in the duty on sparkling wines – prosecco, cava, and champagne. For 5 Minutes On, the BBC's Consumer Affairs Correspondent Colletta Smith has been finding out about those shifting drinking habits and what impact the Chancellor's changes might have on them.
