This is a story that affects many thousands of people across the UK. It’s about obesity - and specifically about the mental health impact of living with the shame and stigma that it can bring. This comes as a survey by Ipsos Mori for the BBC found that those who are severely overweight have the poorest mental health and feel embarrassment and despair when they look in the mirror. The job of the BBC correspondent, Jeremy Cooke, is to share stories about people and issues that often go un-noticed. We say they’re “hiding in plain sight”. In this edition of 5 Minutes On, he shares India's journey - a story of anguish and hope. Image Credit - supplied by BBC News
