Ady Williams chats to former Reading manager Brian McDermott, who was in charge of the club in two spells from 2009-2013, and once again from 2015-2016. He became only the second man to lead them to the Premier League following their Championship title win in 2012, and oversaw a historic FA Cup win over Liverpool at Anfield in 2010. McDermott reflects on how hard he found coping with the 2011 play-off final defeat, that promotion to the Premier League, and the meeting which led to his sacking in 2013.
