Over half of 20-29 year-olds say they have had a romantic relationship with someone of a different race to them, a poll commissioned for 5 Live suggests. The same research also found a quarter of people in their twenties think their parents would judge them if they dated someone of a different race. 1Xtra presenter Jamz Supernova speaks openly to Emma Barnett about her interracial relationship - and the criticism she received online. They hear from other interracial couples and also TJ, a DJ from West London, who says he won't date outside his black Caribbean race. This feature was part of 5 Live's Twenties Takeover, which put stories that affect and relate to twenty-somethings at the top of our agenda.
