Malaria is the biggest killer in Malawi, and rife in the mountain villages. It remains the greatest threat to health, and the drugs relied on to keep it at bay are losing efficacy. Why are there no new drugs, no drive to protect these people? Could the big pharmaceutical companies be doing a lot more?
