Teenage midfielder Will Gray has signed a new three-year deal with Shrewsbury Town.
It is the 17-year-old's first professional contract, having made his League Two debut towards the end of last season.
He featured in the squad 19 times during the 2025-26 campaign, starting four games and appearing as a substitute twice in the last nine matches of the season.
Salop boss Gavin Cowan told the club website, external that Gray's contract is proof that "if you're good enough, you're old enough" and thanked the chairman Roland Wycherley and chief executive Liam Dooley for their backing on the deal.
