Bad boy Raju Malhotra (Emraan) and good boy Rajan Malhotra (Tusshar) are college friends.

Proverbial bookworm Rajan is forever lost in his studies while Raju spends his time frolicking as the college stud.

Enter authoritarian headmaster, Mr Awasthi (Paresh), on a mission to enforce discipline and order among his disobedient students.

Awasthi sets an outrageous plan into action, dividing the students into three categories according to their level of intelligence.

But, due to staff negligence, Rajan's identity gets swapped with Raju's and both end up in the wrong classes.

And so begins a comedy of errors as the boys try to put their lives back on the right track.

Director Ashwini Chaudhary does not live up to his intellectual best with this commercial flick, unlike his previous release, Dhoop (2003).

He disappoints big-time with a patchy script, run-of-the-mill cinematography by Manoj Soni and general lack of detail.

Neither do the heroines, Rashmi (Isha) and Dinki (Tanushree), have a substantial part to play except to fall in love with the two college boys.

Renowned for acting in Bollywood thrillers, Emraan Hashmi tries his hand at comedy and shows he has a flair for humour.

Tusshar Kapoor is still learning the skill of Bollywood acting and is improving with every film. This new release is no exception.

As for the girls, Tanushree Dutta and Isha Shravani show little improvement as actresses.

On the whole this comedy flick is only for Emraan Hashmi fans.
