Scotland's Great Liner.
BBC Scotland is currently working on a Maritime History series and we would like to talk to Scots who worked aboard the Queen Mary in its heyday. We'd like to hear about your job, the décor onboard and the passengers.
Or were you one of the Scottish passengers crossing the Atlantic? Were you in Cabin, Tourist or Third class and what were your impressions of the ship?
If you have memories of the great ship then please get in touch with us at communities.scotland@bbc.co.uk

Hi Carol,
My husband's Aunt was a stewardess on the Queen Mary.
We have a beautiful photograph
of her standing beside the life preserver. I must look for a letter she sent us talking about her life aboard
the ship. Her name was Jessie
Rodger and she came from Greenock, Scotland.
I found a web site for the Queen Mary in California recently and was going to contact them regarding Jessie's
photograph and letter.
If you are interested in the photograph etc. just let me know.

I receintly acquired a Life Preserver from the Queen Mary at auction and would be interested in seeing your photo to determine ifit might be legitimate.
Could you please e-mail me a copy?
Thank you,
