About me:

I'm Seanair, a sprightly 21 again!! I'm looking forward to a nice trip in the Highlands with my grandson Munro Jr. You know, I used to come on trips like this with my own children before they grew up - Munro Sr (although HE was Jr then!), Marilyn and Corbett.

Now, Munro hasn't really seen enough of the wilder parts of our country so I can't wait to introduce him to my wonderful friends, the mountains.

Things haven't been quite the same since my beloved wife passed, but this trip is just what I need. And, of course, I've got good old Brochan to keep me right. Aah, what a faithful fellow he is.

We'll be out in the hills, and there's nowhere I like better! I've been up a few Munros in my time, but I don't tick them off a list - my grandson doesn't believe me though! The knees and back are starting to stiffen a little bit, but that Highland air seems to loosen everything up and I'm right as rain once I'm into my stride, and a song in the air to lighten the load. Aaah, yes!

And I like nothing better than to settle down after a day on the hill with a wee dram and a good book.
