Ayaan Hirsi Ali is a Dutch MP who worked with controversial film maker Theo Van Gogh. He was murdered after his outspoken criticism of Islam and its treatment of women. Ayaan tells Martha why she refuses to be silenced despite having a Fatwah issued against her.
