Bleeding
After an accident the very sight of blood and the quantity can look so dramatic that those helping are shocked into not knowing what to do, but as Yvonne Dormer, Commercial Training Co-ordinator for St John Ambulance explained to Claudia Hammond, there is plenty you can do and Sam West is someone's who put that knowledge into practise one day on her way home from work.
