Why are so few reported to the police?
One hundred thousand teenagers run away from home every year in the UK. They are often escaping abuse or unhappy family situations. With only ten safe beds for them in the country, and only 68% of cases being reported to the police, what lessons can we learn from the United States about how to improve the situation?
