Actress Keira Knightley recently came clean about her own struggles with spots and the gratitude she feels towards the graphics people who photo-shop her blemishes out.

The British Skin Foundation have released a new survey which says that 88% of women are unhappy with their skin - with 80% of those most concerned about their face.

Although acne is often thought of as a teenage problem, as many as five per cent develop acne in their thirties, forties and beyond - often due to changes in hormone levels.
