Are women recovering better?

Over the last five years changes in divorce law, pension sharing and tax credits have affected the financial outcome for divorcing couples. A clean break, where the woman doesn't receive ongoing maintenance, is now often encouraged. Could this be the spur many women need to move on financially and emotionally and rebuild their lives?

Jenni and guests ask if the outlook for women post divorce has changed for the better or do the majority still face financial hardship?
