  Custody battles 16 August 2005
The Hague Convention

A woman goes to live abroad, meets a man and gets married. They have a child together, and then the relationship breaks down. The woman wants to go home, with her child, to be with her friends and family. But according to a law designed to prevent child abduction, she finds that she cannot take her child home with her.

Jenni discusses The Hague Convention and how it affects many women each year.
