Why are so many young women settlers protesting against withdrawal?
The deadline for the withdrawal of Israeli settlers from Gaza passed today. The Israeli government has estimated that a third of the Gaza settlers may defy orders to leave, and evacuations will take place from Wednesday.
A surprising number of the settlers protesting against withdrawal are young women. What has led these women to take a stand? And what will happen to the settler families once they arrive in Israel?
