  Rachel Elnaugh 11 August 2005
The former head of 'Red Letter Days' talks about where it all went wrong

Rachel Elnaugh is one of Britain 's best known female entrepreneurs - thanks to her appearance on BBC 2's The Dragons' Den.

Now her multi million pound gift company, Red Letter Day has suddenly gone bust. Hundreds of customers don't know if they'll get the gifts they paid for and Elnaugh herself has faced vitriolic attacks in the press - about everything from her business style through to her dress sense and sex life.

She joins Jenni to give her first broadcast interview since the demise of the business.
