Edwin John Wintle talks about his new book
Edwin John Wintle was a forty-something gay New York man with a stressful job as a film agent. Then one day in 2002 his life was turned upside down when he volunteered to look after his 13 year old niece Tiffany. His troubled sister Megan, a recovering alcoholic, could no longer cope with Tiffany's behaviour.
Jenni will be talking to Edwin and Tiffany and asking them how they dealt with the culture shock on both sides, how they learnt to tolerate each others lifestyles and idiosyncrasies, and how they developed a strong bond during the year they spent living in the same household.
Breakfast with Tiffany - an Uncle's Memoir by Edwin John Wintle, published by Simon & Schuster, ISBN 0-7432-7573-X
