Sauce Gribiche
And now for another in our series on how to inject some variety into serving up summer food - our cookery series on summer sauces.
It was the French gourmet Curnonsky who said that "Sauces comprise the honour and glory of French cookery" and that quote could certainly be applied to today's sauce - Sauce Gribiche.
Reporter Simon Parkes met chef Rosie Sykes to discuss this classic sauce is named after a French general, traditionally served with tete de veau or calf's head.
