Singer, songwriter talks about her debut album
Singer, songwriter and musician Rachel Fuller has taken an unconventional route to pop success.
As a teenager, she wrote her own requiem, took a job in an underwear factory, and worked as an organist in a crematorium, before becoming a session musician. In her twenties she arranged songs for the likes of Ute Lemper before meeting her current partner, Pete Townshend of The Who. He encouraged her singing and songwriting.
She joins Jane Little to talk about her debut album, Cigarettes and Housework.
