What makes a posh woman and why are they given a hard time?
It's Ladies Day at Royal Ascot and many regulars, so the rumour mill keeps insisting, are not happy that the Royal meeting has temporarily decamped to Yorkshire while its home racecourse is being refitted.
However, protocol regarding dress in the royal enclosure in the Royal remains as strict as ever. So what constitutes a posh woman and do they deserve the reputation they get?
