  Cambodian adoption 16 May 2005
In June 2004, the then Minister for Children, Margaret Hodge, announced an immediate temporary suspension of inter-country adoptions from Cambodia

At the time there were around 23 British based couples who were at various stages of adopting a child from that country.

Jenni talks to Jan Walters and Simon Capp, one of six couples who have gone to the High Court to challenge the government's decision.

They'll be explaining their situation and why they feel legal action is the only way forward.
