What effect are shift working patterns having on our lives?
Britain is increasingly becoming a 24/7 society with some seven million people in the UK economically active at night.
As well as affecting people's family and social lives, night workers on shift are also at an increased risk of heart disease, breast cancer and depression. Jenni will be discussing the affects of our shift patterns on today's society.
Jenni Murray talks to Neil Stanley from Guildford University and Maggy Meade-King of Working Families about the affects of our working patterns on health, relationships and family life.
