how to make them last for six months
At the Dower House garden at Morville Hall in Shropshire, Katherine Swift is growing a variety of snowdrops. She has chosen both the native kind, which are believed to have been introduced to Britain from France by Norman monks and non native species.
Katherine shows Maggie Ayre how, by planting different varieties of snowdrop, you can have a flowering period of up to six months of the year.
