Tomorrow the MP Debra Shipley is to introduce a bill that would ban fast food companies advertisiing to young children.
There is obviously general concern about childhood obesity and the Food Standard Agency recently reported that TV advertising could play a key role in encouraging children to eat the wrong foods.
But how much do parents contribute to the problem by pandering to pickiness. Where did we get the idea that there's grown up food and kids food?
Linda Collister, author of Cooking with Kids and Liz Calvert Smith, a food historian join Jenni to discuss these issues. Tell us your views?
