Listener Letters: Atkins Diet The discussion on Friday 15 August about the Atkins Diet generated a tremendous response.
Martha was joined by Sarah Stanner, Nutrition Scientist from the British Nutrition Foundation, Jane Odgen, Health Psychologist, Kings College London and Jenni Ayris, an Atkins dieter, to discuss the recent criticisms of the diet.
