 A recent Key Stage 3 examination question asked about - shock, horror, fashion in Twelfth Night.
Is this another example of "dumbing down", or is it a clever way of sparking pupils into a discussion about how Shakespeare used appearance to enrich his work, by relating it to young people and their ideas about image today?
