It's nearly 10 years since Riverdance sparked a renewed interest in Irish dancing amongst girls and boys.
There are now 35,000 dancers in the UK and 250,000 world-wide, of which the majority are female.
Judy Merry went to find out why the number of girls who are passionate about this tradition is still growing.
