Aimee Mullins made her name in the United States as an athlete and made her debut as a fashion model four years ago in Alexander McQueen's summer show.
She was dressed in a tight bodice and what looked like hand carved wooden boots. But they were, of course, artificial legs. Aimee's own legs were amputated below the knee when she was a year old. She was born without a fibula in either leg.
She's just made her acting debut and was here for the launch of the month long Body Craze exhibition at Selfridges.
Aimee Mullins joins Jenni to talk about the exhibition. 'The Body Craze' event run until 31 May at Selfridges in London's Oxford Street. See website for further details.
