In a new report Professor Michael Adler says the country's sexual health has not improved, but deteriorated - so much so that'we face a public health crisis'. There's been a rise in gonorrhea and chlamydia of some 70 per cent since 1997. HIV, Aids and Syphilis are also rising and STD clinics are said to be overwhelmed by demand for treatment. Teenage pregnancy numbers have yet to fall.

Ann Atkins, former agony aunt and now a freelance writer and novelist and journalist Yvonne Roberts join Jenni to discuss. Tell us your views...
