Torquay Flip Flips initiative 28 Nov 2008
Police hand out flip flops to promote safety message

The police in Torquay have followed the lead of some charities and are hanging around outside nightclubs where young women will be given flip flops, with messages about the dangers of drink written on them. How useful a way of spending police resources is it? Superintendent Chris Singer heads the force in Torbay and joins Jenni to explain the initiative.
