The National Trust have compiled a manual of housekeeping containing lots of useful tips gleaned from years of experience and Sue Elliott Nicholls went to Ham House near Richard in Surrey and met Deputy Head Conservator, Helen Lloyd, to find out the best way to look after glass chandeliers.
