Bridleways 1st June 2007
Last September Catriona Cook, Elizabeth Kirk and Janet Miller spent nearly three weeks riding 450 miles from North East Yorkshire down into Wales.

The ‘Journey for Access’ team wanted to draw attention to the lack of bridleways available to those on horseback, and the poor condition of the few that do exist.

At one point their route took them along The Pennine Way and reporter, Jill Hopkins, joined them.
