Control Freaks 26 Jun 2009
When does being in control start to become a problem?

All of us like to feel we’re in control of our lives - but for some people an overwhelming need to be in control can become a serious issue for those around them. The problem is, for many so-called control freaks, they don’t recognise the problem.   Jenni is joined by Sarah Tucker, author of ‘The Control Freak Chronicles’, whose marriage to a control freak led her to write the book and Dr Claudia Herbert, Clinical Psychologist and Director of the Oxford Development Centre.

Sarah Tucker, ‘The Control Freak Chronicles’ is published  by Random House on 25 June.
