The rise in reverse vasectomies 24th March 2009
Divorce fuels vasectomy reversal

Vasectomy is the contraception of choice for around a fifth of men under the age of 70 in the UK. But now more and more of them are seeking to have the procedure reversed. As relationships break up and new partners found, men are regretting their decision to have the snip. NHS funding for reversals is scant and the procedure is not cheap – so what are the choices for families post-vasectomy? Jane talks to Dr Allan Pacey from the British Fertility Society.
