Full state pension plans
Ministers are expected to make an announcement later today, which will mean hundreds of thousands more women will have the right to claim a full state pension from 2010. The changes are the result of a cross-party campaign, led by former Labour minister, Baroness Patricia Hollis and supported by charities including Help the Aged.
