Girl Geek Dinners 09 Nov 2007
A byte to eat - a chance to talk about gadgets and computers in a uniquely female environment.

Apple's iPhone, which goes on sale here today, is creating a flurry of excitement - and not just among men.

A group of women in London are subverting people's stereotypes by proving that women can love technology just as much as anyone else. They've set up a monthly networking event called Girl Geek Dinners - a chance to talk about gadgets and computer code in a uniquely female environment. Fellow girl geek Angela Saini went to check it out.
