 New research suggests that employers react badly to women asking for more money.
Women may be right to feel nervous about trying to negotiate a bigger pay packet, according to research just published in the US. Experiments suggested that men are less likely to want to work with women who ask for more money. So is it still true that women in the workplace are expected to be more selfless than their male counterparts?
