 Latest research says children should wear sunglasses from 3 years old.
New advice by the Eyecare Trust charity urges parents this summer to give eyes the same priority as skin when it comes to protecting their children. Eye experts say that children should wear sunglasses from three years old given that half a lifetime’s worth of damaging UV light is likely to be absorbed by the age of sixteen.
