Work
Flexible Working 25 May 2007
Can senior executives work flexibly and stay at the top? A new report by the work-life balance charity, Working Families, says it is possible and is already happening in many organisations. They say that new technology, and the need to keep talented employees, is making companies look at new ways of working which will encourage people to stay in senior positions rather than quit. Ritula talks to Sarah Jackson from Working Families, Melissa Stark who works a three-day week as a partner at management consultancy firm Accenture and Patricia Peter from the Institute of Directors.
