Food
Hungry - Why not 'Eat London' 27 April 2007
The Coriander Club put the finishing touches to their version of Buckingham Palace.
International food artist Alicia Rios is known for her edible food art events. She's exhibited in cities all over the world from Melbourne to Madrid. But now she is coming to the UK. A scaled up 3-D map of central London has been reformed to include some of the capital's most popular attractions. The event - called 'Eat London' - brings together 200 cooks from 14 diverse community groups across the capital who have created a specific segment of the city using their favourite ethnic foods. Judi Herman went along to meet a group of Bangladeshi women who call themselves the Coriander Club putting the finishing touches to one of London's most iconic landmarks - Buckingham Palace.
