The British are notorious for their love of gardens, wherever they are in the world. Just outside of the dusty Moroccan city of Tangier two British women have planted their own versions of a lush paradise. Both women have lived there for many years and the gardens reflect something of the colourful history of the area, which until its independence was an international city inhabited by millionaires, eccentrics and spies.
