Getting the balance right

Whether it's about equal pay or maternity rights women have been battling for many years around issues of equality. For some, the proposed Equality Bill is viewed as a piece of worthless dogma while others argue it’s necessary in the fight to address the problem of gender roles. Is it time to call a halt to the battle for equal rights or do we need to adjust our focus and re-think?
