Sheryl Gascoigne
Her life with Gazza

Sheryl was a single mother with two young children when she met Paul Gascoigne, in 1990. At the time he was Britain’s most idolised footballer. When they married in 1996 she became the most famous 'footballer’s wife'. Their time together has been troubled, with accusations of domestic violence. Sheryl talks to Jane about her new book and her life in an abusive relationship.

Stronger: My Life Surviving Gazza by Sheryl Gascoigne is published by Penguin ISBN ISBN-10: 0718155602
