New report wants a greater focus on parents' needs
The recent string of child neglect cases have prompted calls to rethink the way children are monitored and protected. But a new report from 'The Young Foundation' argues that the needs of parents are being overlooked. Yvonne Roberts is a Senior Associate at the Young Foundation and co-author of the report, Eileen Hayes is a parenting expert and advisor to the NSPCC.
