 What should girls look for when choosing a career?
Despite the fact that girls are outperforming boys academically, they still earn less. Some of the disparity may be down to the fact that women tend to choose a job for satisfaction rather than income, but long term impact of poor careers advice can be profound. So should we be giving girls more information - before they commit to a career path - about how much they can expect to earn?
